
Once we receive your New Client Intake Form you will receive an invitation to your client portal. There you will register your personal, pet and home details, emergency contacts and payment information. Once registered we will reach out to schedule your meet & greet.
Here at The Pet Lady, we take advantage of all that technology has to offer regarding running our business. We use the best industry leading technology scheduling and database system called Time To Pet so NO visit is ever missed. You have access to our system either via your desktop or app. The app allows you to make requests for new or changing visits, view your GPS tracked report cards, communicate with your care team and so much more! We do request you download the app via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store by clicking the links.

Your meet & greet is an in-home consultation that usually is about 20-30 minutes which allows us to review your care instructions that you have provided in your profile and ensure that we are a good fit prior to caring for your pets. We will go over routines, identify feeding & food storage areas, get to know your home, alarm system, and other important information needed to care for your pets & home while you are away.
When providing keys, we do require two sets of keys. Please test each key with the door closed to ensure they are working properly. Also, if you wish for us to enter via the garage or front door with a code, we will need a secondary way to enter the home in the event of a power outage or back up just in case the main form of entry fails.

After your meet & greet you will be able to schedule your services via Time to Pet. There you can choose the dates you need, the services you require and the time frames that work best for your pet’s routine. Once our scheduling team has received your dates and requests you should receive a confirmation email within 12 business hours. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us on Time to Pet for a quicker response once you are a registered client.

You are now ready to enjoy yourself and have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy & safe at home. We do ask when you leave you to send us a message on the app letting us know your babies are officially in our care and when you arrive back home.
From this point on you are a part of The Pet Lady family and we are here to provide care anytime you may need whether it’s vacation, working late, day trip or an emergency. We look forward to hearing from you and having the privilege to care for your fur babies.
